Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes.
  2. Drain the potatoes and mash them using a masher or ricer.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the heavy cream to the butter mixture and heat gently.
  5. Mix the creamy garlic sauce into the mashed potatoes until smooth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh parsley.
Grilled Honey Lime Chicken

Grilled Honey Lime Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lime wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix honey, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes or overnight for better flavor.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  5. Serve hot with fresh lime wedges.
No-Bake Cheesecake Cups

No-Bake Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Fresh berries for topping (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of small serving cups.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake filling into the cups over the crust.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Top with fresh berries before serving.
